“This place was chosen because it was close and convenient. The office is small and the service here is terrible. The provider does not seem to listen attentively and is a rushed style provider. You can forget call backs. None of your phone calls will be returned. If you show up in person looking for your provider, the provider that saw you last is always magically missing and apparently does not check her voicemails at all. If you need a place with an actual response to your needs or follow-up service, do not waste your time here. The only person that responds in a friendly attentive manner is the secretary. All she can seem to do is write your name down and that is it. This place is negligent and probably should not be open as a listed provider on our insurance. This place is worse than a doc in a box on a Corona Friday. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO ANNOY YOURSELF AND WASTE YOUR TIME”

“If I could give zero stars I would!! If you are looking for a practice that genuinely cares for their patients look elsewhere! First appointment was canceled due to “insurance expired” they gave me 24 hrs notice before his scheduled appointment before they cancelled it. I gave them my insurance info AGAIN and they were like oh well it is active! The earliest appointment they could give me was a tele health appointment for the following week. I’d already been waiting months and was desperate so I accepted. Appointment day arrives, I’ve logged on 10 min early and wait for over 30 min past appointment time for no one to join call. I call office and tell me appointment was cancelled! I asked why and they said CRNP does her rounds at hospital that day and was probably “unavailable “!! So, I try AGAIN this time they can’t see me for close to a month out!! I finally make it to my appointment time again same thing… I call office and they tell me she’s running behind! She’ll call back later! She finally calls and what was supposed to be scheduled for an hr appointment she speaks to me for a whole 10-15 min! I let her know what’s worked in the past as far as meds and what hasn’t.. specifically ask not to try certain meds and I get a call from my pharmacy the next day with prescriptions I specifically asked to not take! I call back left VM on provider line on office VM even the office manager asking to please get different scripts and NO ONE has returned my calls!!! So now I am having to find a different clinic and start all over!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!”

“The only person you can get ahold of is the receptionist, forget talking to your doctor or anyone else if you need them between appointments. They will let you run out of your medication and go through withdrawal before you ever speak with someone!”

“No one will EVER answer the phone. If you leave a message, they will not be calling you back. If they say they will schedule your next appointment, they won’t. (I called for 3 weeks before I spoke to a real person about the appointment they never scheduled.) If you have a reaction to a prescription, they don’t care. Prescriptions…. They tell you they are being sent to the pharmacy…. They are not. There’s a real issue when everyone you speak to can only say “I don’t what what to do for you” or “Let me check and call you back”. Bottom line. They don’t know and they don’t care!!”
