“I was told that I couldn't cancel my membership over the phone. I was told I could suspend it for $10 per month until I could get in there to sign the paper. I did that. The end of May 2026 I came in to sign the paper to cancel my membership. Now on July 3rd 2026 alive just took $172 out of my account for a member ship I never used and signed to cancel in May 2026. I called and talked to a kid who knows nothing and can do nothing. This is unacceptable business practice. The kid who gave me the paper to sign in may 2026 never mentioned I would have any more charges. Now July they take almost 200 more dollars for a membership i never used and tried to cancel last year. Very shady and disrespectful. There should be someone there on a weekday during business hours that can take care of problem. The money should have NEVER been taken from my account in the first place. I am not happy and I want a refund immediately.”

“I recently took a PiYo class with Christina, the instuctor. She was AWESOME! I am new to the class and she took the time to show modifications to the routine as well as broke down all the movements so it was easier to follow along. I highly recommend a class with Christina no matter what your fitness level is. She truly cares and adapts to all fitness levels.”

“I've been here for a long time now, since late 2023. It's an great place to work out with good music and usually not that busy during the night on weekdays and weekends when it's close to be closed.”

“Really disappointed in this place. I've been coming for two years (probably more) and they have a known issue with the showers that they will not address. The water will randomly go from freezing cold to scolding hot. It's upsetting that this issue has been reported multiple times yet they do nothing to fix the issue. It's dangerous and their negligence could cause harm to a member one day. Don't join this gym if you're looking to shower after a work out.”
