What patients say on Google

“The nurses and techs were horrible except probably Thomas, Avery, and I forget her name but she gave me extra ice cream so I like her. The one lady who did the exercise was absolutely mean i told her I saw things and she said to be quiet. But the teacher there with her dog was awesome. I didnt like how I couldn't have my phone or blanket. And I made friends there but idk where they are now but I hope they are better. I hated how they wouldn't let me go to groups (ex. The movies for friday)”

“Ok so I was there like the biggining of 2024 (my names nicole) It wasn't that bad but I did not like Dr brown br dos was great but Dr brown always had a aditude a bad one. But either than that nice place to go your lucky if you get Thomas as your tech he was so understanding and he would never interrupt and was always free to listen. I also loved mrs Sharale she was so funny and the best. And I forget her name but people calls her Elsa or Taylor swift it was funny she was really chill. I didn't like Dr Robert when I asked if I could have someone to talk to he said "when you go over that work with me" I was uncomfortable with him I don't know I just had a weird gut feeling so I wanted someone else to help me. The room wasn't to bad I got the star room the 2nd time I was there the staff where great except the ones I mentioned but either than that this place helped me alot the staff would even braid your hair at night I still go there for normal physical check ups and it's great I even saw Dr dos there one time. I would definitely recommend.”

“I would give it zero stars if I could. Clinicians assessment skills (had 3 different ones with our son at this point) are pathetic. They make assumptions about parents, document things incorrectly, and don’t actually converse with the children that are being assessed in any sort of helpful way. We’ve expressed our dissatisfaction with patient relations multiple times. There’s already been an incident where our son was discharged and shouldn’t have been, and he assaulted our daughter. She’s in intensive therapy because of the harm her brother caused. That’s negligent and inexcusable. The most recent reason for refusing hospitalization for our son is because his issues are “chronic” and this is his “baseline.” When he makes good on the threats he’s making, we will be calling the licensure board and reporting every clinician and physician who was a part of the decision making process. Don’t bother taking your children here. They don’t actually want to help you or your child.”
Bryan Russell
“Dont waste your time bringing you child. They do not help. They dont admit kids when its clear they need to be in a unit. Not sure what's changed because they used to be amazing and actually did help. Not anymore and if you question them sending your child home and ask where else you can take them they send a cop in to say go home or go to juvenile detention center.”
