How likely are you to recommend AIM Center?
What patients say on Google
“I was turned away for assistance. From my understanding, the key is to help people. I was told that because my financial need was more than $800, my application would probably be denied. The application was not taken under an assumption. The application was returned to me. After providing a PTSD diagnosis from my physician, which is what I was told to obtain to receive assistance, I was still turned away. This type of treatment and obstacles are the things that discourage individuals. At this point, I will not return to the Aim Center for any type of assistance.”
“A True Lifeline — Thank You Ms. Jamie Polk & Ms. Veronica Lewis I came to the AIM Center during one of the most difficult times in my life — homeless, a survivor of domestic violence, and trying to protect my children while navigating trauma and anxiety. What I experienced there was nothing short of a blessing. Ms. Jamie Polk and Ms. Veronica Lewis went far above and beyond their roles. Even after hours, when they should’ve been off the clock, they chose compassion. They stayed late to help me and my kids, refusing to let us walk out the door without support or direction. I could feel their hearts — these were not just workers doing a job. They truly care about families, children, and people in crisis. Their patience, their encouragement, and their belief in me reminded me that I’m not invisible. They treated me with dignity when others had dismissed me. It was clear to me that both of them are walking in their calling — and I’ll never forget how they made me and my children feel safe, seen, and supported. If you are struggling, or if you need someone to truly hear you, the AIM Center is a place where real people are still doing real good — and Ms. Jamie and Ms. Veronica are proof of that. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart. — Muffet I will always be grateful to you both!”
“They will turn you away for being 18 minutes late. Be sure that they don't hold themselves to the same standard. You make them wait for 18 minutes they will make you wait for 8 months. From what I'm hearing from other professionals in the community they didn't just do it to me. They do it to a lot of us. Hanlon's Razor. They aren't doing it out of malice. They "just can't get right"...”
“Miracles mending hearts and minds. God works here!”
