“If I could give 0 stars I would. I recently took my son to a new patient appointment. You are required to fill out all the paperwork days before the appointment. Which was done. My son waited on this appointment for 2 months. If you are late they will charge you. We were on time and after waiting a while we asked how long would the wait be. They had no idea. They will book appointments back to back not taking into consideration appointments running over just to get money. After waiting almost 30 minutes nobody saw my son. During that time, I did go to the front desk to see what was going on and the front desk worker was completely rude to me and stated that I should know that appointments are gonna run over just like any doctors office. This was not told to us when we paid our money that there was a wait. I the. Asked to speak with the office manager regarding the situation and how the worker responded. The office manager came out and spoke with me In a rude tone as well. She told me I could go elsewhere and get a refund. She kept cutting me off. I actually cried leaving there … how rude they were. My son fell asleep waiting. In addition to what happened, they have commented on the post and still not taking responsibility for their rude and negative attitude.”

“Agape is an outstanding medical practice their doctors have successfully helped me and my family for the past nine years. However, this review is actually for an an amazing one of a kind outstanding person named Lauren that is not a doctor there but helped me on the phone today with a billing and an appointment issue fixed that LITERALLY could not be resolved in 10 years!! YES I and their staff have spent 10 YEARS trying to figure out the exact same issue that happened with every last appointment for 10 YEARs!!!! Lauren listened to me patiently, not condescending, not pressuring me to end the call, she reassured me she had time and it was okay for me to continue. I was so confused, and nervous because no one had ever talked to me for this long before. Lauren actually apologized to me and I was shocked because I could not understand why she thought she needed to apologize when SHE was the one taking all that time just for ME!! She took her time to help ME! There are hundreds of other people with the exact same problems as mine but for once the repeated problem for 10 years was ACTUALLY getting fixed!! I told her I am SO happy, relieved and grateful that Lauren stopped and no matter how long it took she was going to figure out and put and end to a 10 year repeat problem issue. I know I am not the only person Agape helps and there is only so much time available to help so so many people. HOWEVER LAUREN treated me like I WAS the only patient in the world! If corporations and people in charge would allow people like Lauren to take their time and not pressure them to hurry up and get off the phone, then things that are taking 10 years to solve could be fixed in 15 Minutes!! It’s ACTUALLY that simple. I hope someone really high up stops and realizes what a one in a million person like LAUREN they have working for them! I expressed my gratitude and humble appreciation to Lauren because she put herself at risk to help me. EVEN then Lauren would not take credit for her actions because she had stayed at work 15 minutes after her shift was over. I almost cried because that meant Lauren took HER own time and stayed only to help me! WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE!! Lauren was obviously smart enough to solve a very complicated issue but anyone can be smart. She was willing to self sacrifice to help someone she didn’t even know and LAUREN helped agape save I can’t imagine how much time and money at our her own expense without being paid or even being acknowledged or thanked for everything that she did. LAUREN THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. You did more for me and a huge medical practice than you will ever know! I will remember you and what you did for me for the rest of my life! You made a huge difference in the world today and I want to make sure you and everyone else knows it!!”

“The doctor and the entire facility were extremely unprofessional and made my child feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a parent, I expect my child to be treated with compassion, respect, and professionalism, and unfortunately, that was not our experience. We asked to switch doctors, but we were refused. We were instead told that they would provide a referral to another facility. I’m extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled and with the way both my child and I were treated. I would not recommend this facility based on our experience.”
