Dr. Pratibha Agarwal is incredibly caring; she even asked for feedback from our child's school to better understand their behavior and overall health across different environments. This truly shows her deep commitment to treating her patients holistically. She takes her time during appointments and never rushes us, ensuring every single concern is addressed. The prescribed medication has helped tremendously, but the absolute best part is the communication. She is incredibly responsive over email, even on weekends or outside of standard hours. As a parent of a child with special needs, this timely communication is a massive plus that helps us manage situations at home with confidence. The staff at AG Psychiatry is also wonderful—always professional, taking detailed messages, and getting back to us promptly. The only minor area for improvement would be the patient portal documentation, as accessing session documents online can sometimes be a bit challenging. However, a quick call to the office always resolves it, so it's a very minor issue. Highly recommend!”

“I had an excellent experience with Dr. Agarwal and her entire team. Dr. Agarwal is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. She has an exceptional bedside manner and takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure you feel comfortable with the treatment plan. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and well organized. The staff are also wonderful-everyone is professional, courteous, and genuinely caring. What truly stood out to me was Dr. Agarwal's dedication to her patients. She is currently on vacation, yet she still scheduled a virtual follow-up appointment one week after my son started his medication to check on how he was doing. That level of commitment and personalized care speaks volumes about how much she cares about her patients. I also want to recognize Dr. Ghosh for going above and beyond. Our pharmacy needed clarification regarding my son's prescription. I found out the clinic was open until 7:00 PM that day, so I went back just before closing. Although Dr. Ghosh was about to leave for the day, he welcomed me in, addressed the issue right away, and sent a corrected prescription to the pharmacy. Thanks to his kindness and quick action, my son was able to start his medication without any delay. I am truly grateful for the outstanding care we have received from Dr. Agarwal, Dr. Ghosh, and the entire staff. Their compassion, professionalism, and dedication have made a tremendous difference for our family. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional psychiatric care.”

“Sandy Hong is the BEST! I always worry every time I have a new provider - you just never know how they are. Sandy was so welcoming and accepting and I felt safe immediately during my first appointment with her. You can tell she cares about her patients and their well-being. Love her!!!! This practice in general is amazing, setting up an appointment is so easy, and front desk responds as soon as they can! I always had trouble reaching people at my past PCP, but this place will always answer or call you back haha”

“In my short amount of time being Dr Ghosh’s patient, he has demonstrated to me the essence of a genuine doctor who prioritizes his patients’ well-being. My previous psychiatrist failed to listen to my needs and merely prescribed medication. Honestly, if it weren’t for my non-addictive personality, I would have been in serious trouble. Dr. Ghosh is incredibly accommodating, offering virtual appointments and occasionally scheduling in-person check-ins.
