How likely are you to recommend After Hours Care Clinic?
What patients say on Google
“Dr. Brown is usually great. However, the nurse practitioner Stephanie is questionable. My husband came in for a sore throat and she said it wasn't his lymph nodes and he needed an MRI and needed to follow up with our family doctor. So my husband took off work and drove to Shelbyville just to be told it was his lymph nodes and she put him on an antibiotic and a steroid. They were completely confused as to why this Stephanie said he needed an MRI. What a waste of time and money. I thought how incompetent can you be to not know how to diagnose a sore throat. I dont mind coming to after hours but neither of us want to be seen by her again.”
“I went in last night, I could barely walk. They saw me quicker the I expected. The nurse helped me walk to the waiting rm. She was very very sweet. She told me that some one would be in shortly and a few min later there he was. He examined my injury asked a few questions, told me what he suggested, I took the shots and was out of pain within and hr, the nurse that gave them was great also. I wish I had come sooner. The staff did every wonderfully. I really appreciate them.”
“Definitely don't recommend after the treatment tonight. I got here at 4:52. There was 1 person ahead of me. Did not get out into a room until an hour later . It is now 6:40 and still no diagnosis. Probably won't get my prescription filled as the pharmacy closes at 7. Whoever Jennifer is , is definitely not very efficient.”
“No wonder the reviews of this place is so bad. I arrived 30 minutes prior to closing one night and they wouldn’t see me. Next day I’m there almost 2 hours and get “it’s not this or that but could be false negatives on the testing so come back if you get worse”. Go to Floyd county or Walgreens and don’t waste your time here. Oh and never even seen a real doctor. Should expect this being connected to the HCH.”
