“Not customer service oriented. I had an appointment scheduled, due to road closure I was going to be 5 min late, I called to inform to be respectful, unfortunately I did not get that in return. I was told I was supposed to be there 15 min earlier, I informed that I was never told that. I was told “I find it hard that they didn’t tell you that”. I was treated rude and as if I was lieing. I was not treated respectfully as a customer. I was not provided the proper information for my appointment, but I was blamed and treated poorly. Also was never an apology for the information not provided properly.”

“i was moved here because my old office shut down. i never got my meds on time, they refused to take my insurance and i had to pay a very large, outstanding bill because of them. i will not be returning at all and will go through the works to find a new office.”

The convenience of being able to do my therapy and med management in the same location has been amazing. I love how small and peaceful the office is. Can't recommend enough.”
