“I have been going to Affective Mental Wellness for Spravato for over 6 months now and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. We ended up moving to Buda during my treatments and I still choose to come to New Braunfels because of the experience I’ve had! Angie and Dallas are so amazing. Dallas never makes me feel judged and is very informative and is so personable! Angie is literally a gift from God! She is great at what she does and you can tell she genuinely loves her job and cares for her patients. The entire staff has been super accommodating with my work schedule and has after hour appointments which has helped me so much. I usually don’t feel safe with practitioners or feel heard but being a patient here has shown me that there are good practitioners out there that really care about you and your wellbeing! If you’re looking for a place to do spravato or ketamine put them at the top of your list!”

“Affective Mental Wellness is the best when it comes to mental health care. I cannot say enough positive statements about everyone in the office. I have been working with Dallas for 2 years now, and Sara has seen both of my children. This is the best mental health care we’ve received. Dallas takes her time and really works with me, understanding how challenging changes in life can be when you struggle with mental health disorders. Sara is straightforward with my teens and kind, they both feel comfortable talking with her. Both Dallas and Sara explain details very well. Angie who helps with my Spravato treatments is kind, compassionate, and always greets me with a smile no matter what. The front desk is always wonderful. The billing department is always fantastic when it comes to dealing with my insurance (which is a pain) and has made sure that everything is taken care of properly. I could go on for days talking about how much I appreciate this office and the staff. They have made such a difference in my life. I would 100% recommend them and I am very thankful to have found an office that cares so much about my wellbeing.”

“The one in charge of clinic is compassionate. Super intelligent. Accomodating to needs. Really couldn't be better. But if she steps away, things can go bad quick. Communication breakdown, lack of clarity and follow up. Etc. The billing person actually runs the show. Ive been there and been though it. She (that person) also is controlling, manipulative and can look you in the face and tell you a lie without blinking. As long as things are going her way - every thing is fine. Cross the billing lady, and you'll get retaliation. Probably be out of the program in no time. So beware. Also difficult to communicate in general. Wrong numbers on Website. Seldom answers phone or returns messages. In fact leaving any messages or texts or emails - can be useless. So enter at your own risk. I will say Ketamine Therapy there IS Affective! As long as nobody interferes- you should be ok. I f you even get an appointment. Watch out for the one in particular. She's dangerousl if you can maneuver the rest you should be fine 👌 Personally scheduling an appointment should be easy. But is not. It's a real mess right now. The TREATMENT IS REAL. And it works. Nursing staff, Dallas included - and others are to be commended”
