“If I could give negative stars, I would. My daughter had an intake appointment in May. After intake, we waited until the end of August before a therapist was finally assigned to my daughter. During the first session, we were told there was a conflict and we would have to be assigned to a different therapist. It's now the end of November, and we haven't had one session yet because they don't have any therapists available. I've called and left multiple messages. No one has returned my calls.”
