How likely are you to recommend Advantage Psychiatric Services?
What patients say on Google
“It’s been nothing but a good experience since we started taking our son here 7 months ago. Melissa at the front desk is friendly and takes her job very seriously. You can tell that she runs a tight ship and goes above and beyond for the clients. Our therapist, Colin, has been amazing with our son. The NP is kind and calm. I have briefly interacted with other therapists and they are always smiling and friendly. It’s a family friendly practice and they’ve always been accommodating to us. I would definitely recommend 👍🏻”
“The service range is poor. Therefore they are unable to offer more. Otherwise the doctor that my son has is nice and very informative.”
“Their whole office system is disgraceful to the healthcare industry. The only professional person my granddaughter has had contact with is a nurse practitioner who manages medication. And not very well. She has messed up on my granddaughter’s medications so bad that it is affecting her stability. Every time this nurse practitioner saw my granddaughter it was via video with no adult present. I have tried multiple multiple times to have the nurse practitioner call me with no luck. Oh they lie so bad also.”
“Terrible place. I called when my 30 year old son was in crisis and they did nothing. I called back a week later to see if my son could get a good counselor for therapy. I explained what he needed and was promised a call back from a therapist. That was a month ago. Any legitimate counseling service would have handled his crisis, and they would return promised calls. Where I worked, if we didn’t handle calls immediately, we would get fired. The other reviews of Advantage by clients are not good. I would avoid this service like the plague!!”
