How likely are you to recommend Advanced Primary and Behavioral Health?
What patients say on Google
“I have been getting ptsd medication for years. Heather McClure switched me to Cassandra Collet. They have screwed my prescription up so bad. I have had to miss work, had the first seizure in my life. Going to try to get to ER. I know I am going to die. They know I’m out of meds and it’s against the law to completely cut me off for 18 days. I m seeking help elsewhere. My lawyers will be contacting them soon. This is the best way to kill your self is Heather Mcclures office. The girl at the window tried to help me but she can’t fix STUPIDLY. I thought the DEA was supposed to help people.”
“This Office is a joke. I had been a patient for some time. Constantly switching my providers. This led to meeting providers who didn’t know my history. Cassie Collett was uncaring, cruel, and had no problem lying directly to my face which will be dealt with through the proper channels. My problem wasn’t even addressed, and she showed no care in trying to find a solution. She has left me to suffer because she’s uneducated about certain things. Let’s hope I can hold it together long enough to find an educated Dr. who is willing to work with me and find a treatment that works.”
“Dr. Heather McClure is amazing and actually listens to her patients. I was also very impressed with the front desk staff. They are very friendly and helpful. They're also very patient with my monthly calls for appointment reminders (the joys of having ADHD). I highly recommend this practice especially to those who need assessed for adult ADHD or feel like they aren't being heard.”
“This is not a review of the Dr. as I’ve not been able to get past the front desk. I live in Richmond and do research for my work in Louisiana- a 14 hr drive. When I first made an appointment I was scheduled three months out. It fell during an interview period where I was in Louisiana, but I drove 14 hrs to get home for the appt. They called me that morning and told me my doctor was not fully trained yet to administer for my appt. I didn’t complain but rebooked another two months out. I planned all my work around this appointment and, again, drove 14 hrs. I cut my research off early for this appt. I arrived 10 mins late having gone to the wrong address. The receptionist said I was too late. She then spent another five mins talking to the doctor and said I was now 15 mins late. I explained how they’d cancelled my appointment and I’d driven back home early just to see this doctor. She then questioned whether I really lived in Richmond- in front of other patients sitting nearby. I had my drivers license in front of me. So unprofessional and very embarrassing. finally, I walked out. I would advise against this practice.”
