What patients say on Google

“This place sucks. They wont give you 90's day worth of med supply instead they insist you see them every month...and sometimes if you have a balance they will cancel said appointment on you at the last second. It's obvious this place is a money grab...no psychiatrists, just a NP that thinks she knows everything and only does telehealth and no in person visits....what a joke. I wont be back...oh and dont let me get started on how they couldnt work anything out with my insurance and made me pay $475 out of pocket from my limited income. Totally unprofessional and the worst mental health place I've ever experienced”

“I’ll start by saying Pam is hands down the greatest therapist I’ve ever had in my life. She’s so down to earth and really treats you like a person. I will recommend her til I’m blue in the face! Also, me and my husband had an issue with insurance at our last scheduled appointment, when insurance prices skyrocketed we lost coverage the few days before and had to self pay $130 each.. well come to find out insurance ended up paying that last appointment and I reached out for months.. at one point a few times a week, at that point their billing person didn’t work in office and everytime I called they said I’ve emailed her, I’ve reached out, but no word back from her.. well a few days ago I called again and finally, they have Karis! She does billing and works in the office! She went above and beyond to help me and the very next day she called me first thing and told me they were issuing us checks for our refund. She is an angel! So kudos to Ms. Pam and Ms. Karis for truly caring for your clients!!!!”

“Wish you could give something ZERO stars ... Do not under any circumstances attend marriage counseling here. I experienced: Failure of Equitable Intake and Patient Access. This resulted in a lack of transparency; I had no access to the patient portal, communication with the marriage counselor or my own records. Unilateral Termination: Services were stopped for me abruptly without a closing session or discussion, while my spouse remained a patient of Oksana Chabot. Unethical Role Transition and Conflict of Interest: Oksana’s decided to transition from our marriage counselor to my spouse’s individual therapist without my knowledge or consent. Compromised neutrality: transitioning from a couple’s role to an individual role for one partner is a significant conflict of interest. It fundamentally destroys the neutrality required for the therapeutic process. Professional Boundaries: During our sessions, Oksana Chabot’s use of personal self-disclosure about her own marriage and her husband’s diagnosis created an environment where she appeared to align with my husband's “journey” over the health of the marriage while in active counseling together. ACA and AAMFT suggest that if a couple separates, both should be referred to new, neutral individual providers to avoid a “lopsided dynamic” and the perceived betrayal I experienced when “my” marriage counselor chose my husband over the health of our marriage. At risk demographics should be EXTRA wary: this is a female owned business, the office and the website advertise a false sense of security. Oksana Chabot let her personal feelings about my husband override her ability to treat the relationship. I DID send a formal grievance WITH recommendations to update their policies , as I wanted to make sure what happened to me wasn't just an error- I was told that the experience I depicted in my grievance was not true and that after an investigation they won't be doing anything about these issues. You should not be going to ANY marriage counselor without dual intake! It is unethical for only ONE party to have access or to be fully assessed and be given the opportunity to communicate freely with the marriage counselor! I wish I had clocked these red flags sooner. These types of experiences are why some people don't trust therapists. There are excellent practices out there- I urge you to do your due diligence and not just the first place that pops up in network 🤦🏻‍♀️”

“Highly recommend this practice. Karis was so helpful and through with the intake process. Explained our needs and she was able to get us to the right person. It was so nice to have someone be helpful and polite while making an appointment. Thank you for being caring and genuine.”
