“I would give 5 stars, but the first therapist, Robert, I got was awful! He didn't ask me anything about my past experiences with therapists, and all he cared about was being right. I'm so happy with Megan. She listens, is empathetic, and really is understanding. She gets 5 stars!”

“The hardest part was the initial call requesting support with an NP navigating medications and altering as needed and I also have a therapist I see weekly. Remembering you get out of therapy what you put into it. I’ve had some REALLY tough sessions. My therapist is phenomenal! Best one I have had to date and I’ve gone through about 10. Anytime I have called due to not receiving an email for our zoom visit or issues with insurance EVERYONE has been supportive, compassionate, and professional. I am so glad I’m finally feeling better than “ok.” Also my visits are zoom which is great for a busy mother and wife with 4 children and 3 jobs! Thank you STAFF for always being diligent and supportive. I probably wouldn’t be here today had you not called me back!”

“I likely lost my job today because of the assistant manager Amanda and her boss. Also Dr. SALAM(?) Idk becuase they refused his full name & the spelling of it. They said they would file papers they did not like resulting in me being fired tomorrow (very hostile work environment) the Manager aslo trued to intimidate me by starting to interrupt me with "do you want to keep THAT appointment" when I asked for her boss which she claimed not to have. You can listen to that part of the conversation on my Facebook page. The appointment she is speaking of is one my actual doctor set up for me. She was essentially in labor the last i saw her. She sent my meds to the wrong city and instead of filing an extension like she was doing she put the same date. Did they contact her? Likely no. Iso Amanda assured me shed bring a doctor up to speed. I met him via telehealth. After giving him my short hand and him telling me "i can give you a week so i can figure out whats going on and get caught up".... Less than 10 minutes in... and he was clueless on any of my conditions and looked them up. (Not that it would help because they don't have them list right. Apparently they Ignore previous test results?) Amanda stopped email contact after I hung up on the incompetent doctor. She and her boss refused my questions. They've ignored my emails requesting all my medical records. Worth note one OF THEIR DOCTORS WROTE ME REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR MY AUTISM FOR ALL EMAIL CINTACT ON DOCUMENTS LIKE THIS. The CEO Sarng Patel didn't acknowledge my calls last week or today. Im homeless, & now likely jobless because of this... Their plan seems to be hope I dont report & file? I record conversations. My 2 actual doctors are fully aware. Its part of the histile work environment... Maybe they'll respond to this now that theyve likely gotten me fired.”
