“When we started with ADI, the front office was horrible. We couldn’t get return phone calls. No responses to out online submissions for weeks at a time. We finally got an appointment and loved Dr. Sharma but the front office was difficult to deal with. Then Jamie appeared & everything was amazingly efficient. Calls & emails were returned. We got answers. And, even better, Jamie is extremely caring and empathetic - she understands the challenges my child is going through and works with us to make it easier and less stressful.
