How likely are you to recommend ADHD Online, LLC?
What patients say on Google
“Rachel was incredibly helpful and quick when I needed a transfer for travel purposes. She made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and handled everything so efficiently. I really appreciated her responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help on short notice. Excellent customer service — thank you again, Rachel!”
“Scam! Do not, I repeat do NOT pay 200$ to these folks for an online ADHD assessment. They are free all over the web. As soon as you do they ask for another 200$ and refuse to refund you per their policies you don't remember reading cause you have ADHD.”
“Scam. They charge the usual $200, but as soon as you pay they want another 200. And of course, refuse to refund the first 200$. Pricing is completely deceptive . Only a matter of time before they're shut down.”
“I started last year with them charging me every three months, took a couple months off during my slow season, got back on this year and the Dr they assigned to me has required $450 in 4 months to keep my access to a medication I've been prescribed over 20 years. No standard practices with the company as far as scheduling and their doctors can require appointments as much as they feel like getting paid. It sucks when people who are actually supposed to be medical professionals that want to help you, treat you like an ATM to fleece you for thousands more than you'd have to pay if you could afford decent insurance.”
