“Overall our experience has been positive. The testing they provide is very thorough along with patient education. Gia S is amazing as a parent therapist. Only complaint is their lack of office staff — at least in the Syracuse office and inability to reach anyone by phone.”

“This place is a HUGE headache. I would not recommend at all. It takes two hours to fill out paperwork and after you do then they deny you. No where on there website does it say what type of insurance do they take. Then when you’re done filling out all the paperwork for two hours only to get denied for services and btw can only do it online everything is online the paperwork the communication with them etc! My son doc sent a referral over to this place and wow go figure they don’t take a DOC REFERRAL!! This place is a huge headache and every time I message them their so go on paying out of pocket cost paying out of pocket over and over again, If I have insurance for my son doesn’t that mean I can’t pay for out of pocket? How does that make sense if I am asking you about insurance and what you take but all you guys do is respond back with how I can pay for out of pocket! I needed an autism diagnosis for my son that’s all and seems like I am pulling teeth with these people to get any sort of answers. Please don’t use them if you have Medicaid or fill out paperwork will warn you now of the headache and what insurance they don’t take because they want you to pay out of pocket for some reason. A bunch of weirdos if you ask me lol.”

“I had a positive experience getting my daughter evaluated for ADHD out of the Syracuse office. The process to access services was a bit lengthy due to extended wait list, however, when evaluation services were started the process was seamless. Clinical team was able to explain the process and results of evaluation in a clear and concise way. Result report was generated in a timely manner.”
