What patients say on Google

“I have been a patient here for a few years now, off and on and I receive the medical card but would rather pay $250 every 28 days, for the caring and generosity of the nurses (Jessica and Brian) the counselor (Beth) and my Dr. They are not just amazing but they genuinely care. They help when helpnis needed, they work with you if your having payment issues for example, I get paid once a month and they work it out to where my appts are on my paydays. The nurses are ABSOLUTELY STARS!!!! They remember you, they see your progress and they recognize it. Beth, the counselor makes you feel SOOOOO comfortable with any problems that you may have... I have absolutely NO PROBLEM telling her anything that is wrong with me... she's honest and I APPRECIATE that MORE THEN ANYTHING!!! Last but not least, my Dr. is ABSOLUTELY ONE OF THE BEST DR.S THAT I HAVE FOUND.. I've been through a few clinics and if anyone asks for recommendations, I DEFINITELY recommend Addiction Outreach Clinic in New Philadelphia, Ohio... If I could AOC more than 5 Stars, I would.. The people working at this clinic has given me the tools to actually want to stay sober... if you need help and you're on the fence, you WILL NOT REGRET coming to THIS clinic. They have saved my life, but I was also willing to save myself as well. It will not work if you doubt want ot to... Thank you AOC... You truly are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING & you DESERVE SOOOOO MUCH MORE CREDIT than some patients give you... ALL OF YOU ARE MY ANGELS!!!!!”

“I paid 200 dollars for my first time appointment and I scheduled a ride thru my insurance to make it to my doctor appointment. For my week follow up appoint my insurance didnt show up they regected my ride without telling me there for it wasnt my fault that I didnt show up to the appointment so this place kicked me out and wouldnt help me with a week prescription to help me stay clean til I found a new doctor just left me high and dry.. And none of it was my fault. You would think they would want to help people and understand peoples situations but no they are money hungry and extremely heartless.”

“I’ve been going here for the last 4+ years. It has been one of the best decisions of my life to choose Addiction Outreach Center in New Philladelphia Ohio to get treatment for my formidable drug addiction. The doctors, staff, therapist, all, are high quality individuals who care about the people who are trying so hard for something better something new. An endeavor to be the best they can be. alcohol and drug free. I could not have picked any staff better to undertake my sobriety with me. They are supportive, kind, generous and actually help when unprepared things happen. If you’re seriously considering sobriety after years of abuse. AOC, is the place to go.”

“Went to this place and for years watched the nurses doctors and office workers flow in and out of there. The one time I have a issue they booted me to the street and where do you think that will end with me being at. This is after I paid out of pocket. The director is trash and only cares about money not the people.”
