What patients say on Google

“These people will never ever pick up the phone even if no one else is calling and you are first in the queue, no matter what day of the week you call. I've had an ROI form sent which is important and I need filled out but unfortunately this location is my previous psychiatrist location and they will not fill the form in a timely manner nor respond to my calls.”

“We didn’t have a great experience with my oldest stepson here. The employees are rude and not caring. The psychiatrist prescribed him medication he didn’t do well with prior (a different dose this time), which put him in the ER. Then they got mad that we wanted our pediatrician to handle and manage the medication, because obviously this person has no idea what they’re doing. They also told us he needed an unnecessary amount of tests done after they had already confirmed his diagnosis, which our pediatrician’s office found very confused. I understand you wanna rack up the insurance check as much as you can, but Jesus Christ. Honestly, the healthcare system in America is for profit.”

“REFUSING SERVICE TO MY 4 YEAR OLD BECAUSE THEY CLOSED THEIR OFFICE DUE TO A SNOW EMERGENCY AND MARKED US AS NO CALL NO SHOW. PREVIOUS APPOINTMENTS WERE ALSO RESCHEDULED DUE TO FAMIKY EMERGENCIES. NEVER A NO CALL NO SHOW. AND A NASTY RECEPTIONIST”

“Never had issues with Access Ohio, In Delaware location. They've been pretty opened minded with me, last year I had a really bad mental break down. I came in, they helped me get over it really quickly with CBT. Ever since I am getting more and more better now. I am on a new medication. My current psychiatrist is super nice and down to earth. They have been getting better with communications but sometimes they mess up you're schedules sometimes. You talk about you're problems, you feel better. But if you don't like Access Ohio. This is for people who have traditional medicaid. But I think you should really see a psychologist if this place isn't for you. But they do have good counselors/therapists who actually care for their clients if they pair you up with the right one. I've never had a psychiatrist that's been nice to me or given up on me at all. They are there to look out for you if you don't do what you are told they can't help you. I don't know why people are giving this place a bad review. Over all, no problems thus far. My counselor and I get along really well. So I haven't had any problem ever since joining this place as a client. And they don't judge. I would recommend this place if you have traditional medicaid. And if you have a bad experience with a therapist. Simply request for a new one. I am pretty sure they would be happy to give you a new one. They want you to feel comfortable with the right person that fits you're needs.”
