What patients say on Google

“Non-responsive to patients. Will displace you for the endless stream of pharma reps waiting in his office to buy him lunch. Untimely, completely disengaged. Should not be practicing at all.”

“Unfortunately, my experience with this mental health provider was disappointing and concerning. I found that the doctor did not take the time necessary to understand my situation or listen carefully during appointments. Sessions felt rushed, and I often left with more questions than answers. What was especially troubling was the tendency to prescribe medication without a clear explanation or thorough evaluation. In some cases, I was prescribed treatments that didn’t align with my actual symptoms, and it felt like my concerns were being overlooked. I also received a diagnosis that did not seem to fit and was later questioned by another provider. Mental health care requires attentiveness, accuracy, and compassion — qualities that were lacking in this case. I hope this feedback leads to improvements for future patients.”

“The energy at this place is very low and feels like sweatshop. The woman who asked me some questions didn’t even listen and wrote everything wrong , I saw it later on the site. It’s like they’re working against the people in the name of wanting to help. The sit down with the doctor lasted less than a minute and he already knew what type of medicine i needed without even letting me finish. The pills he gave me made my body hurt and when I called him , he told me to come back he got different pills for me . I haven’t went back or taken any medicine anymore and thank god”

“Today is day ten of me being without a medication that I have been taking for over six months because this place is too incompetent to complete the easiest and most basic function of a doctor's office - answering the phone. Starting on December 23rd I called this office fifteen times and left several messages over a seven day span so I could schedule an appointment with the psychiatrist, who I have been seeing for months. I didn't hear anything back until December 30th, about an hour after I left them a one-star review detailing my frustrations. They finally called me and set me up an appointment. I try to be patient and understanding with customer service workers, so after this, I deleted the review I left them. The pharmacy they sent my medication to did not have it in stock, so I called the office once more and they assured me they would be sending the prescription to a different pharmacy that same day. They did not do that, and since then I have called eight more times and left more messages, and have not heard back from them. There are plenty of psychiatric medications that with sudden cessation cause significant mental and physical consequences. This level of incompetence is not just frustrating, it's dangerous. I would recommend any potential patients to seek care anywhere else.”
