“** EDIT** They didn't charge me 200$ because they were in the wrong. However she kept fighting with me about it and how on her side it showed online. I showed her the email I received that said in person with the address. I even sent the first email I got for my first appointment that clearly stated video call with a code. I didn't have a code or link so I couldn't join. She even claimed that she saw that I opened the email and text which is obviously a lie because firstly I didn't receive a text or email and secondly it's not possible to see my opened emails or texts. She ended up calling me for ONE reason and it was about this review which was completely unprofessional. "It's not accurate and can hurt the business." I'm sorry but everything I said was true. They have a fee they charge if you no show or cancel last minute so yes, I would've been charged 200$. I was obviously a no show since the 8 am appointment I had wasn't possible to attend since they open at 11 am. Since I wrote the review they decided not to charge me. Now I'm just waiting for release of information to be sent somewhere else because this place is completely unprofessional. If they don't release the information to me or the new place I'll do an update on this review. Hard to get in contact with. I can't even contact who I'm seeing at all and have to wait until next appointment to even discuss with her. She put me on a medication that raises my blood sugar and can cause insulin resistance knowing that I am pre diabetic. I read more about the medication and decided against taking it since it's not a rare but common side affect. I rescheduled an appointment for 8 am in the morning and they don't even open until 11 am. Why put a time like that if you aren't even available? I also put online but instead they made it in office. So now I'm going to be charged 200$ for a "no show." It's like they did that on purpose so people are unexpecting and get charged 200$ even though they don't open until 11 am. I don't recommend at all.”
