“Pre paid to get an appointment. Called before appointment to confirm start time and got no answer. Missed the appointment, called to reschedule got no answer. Person who answers the phone and books appointments just cannot be bothered to answer most the time. They refused to reschedule unless I pre paid for another appointment. This doctor is concerned about money not your mental health.”
