She really listened to what I am experiencing and not just a textbook definition of a diagnosis. She worked with me to get my health plan where it needs to be and was responsive when that needed to change a few days later. The admin team at the office (Carina - hope that is how it is spelled) have been EXTREMELY helpful as well when I was having trouble accessing the patient portal. Great team here, and great people. Very patient and kind admin staff, and really caring and effective providers. Absolutely recommended”
