How likely are you to recommend A New Direction For Counseling?
What patients say on Google
“Ive been going here for about a year and I absolutely love it here. Everyone I met is very welcoming and friendly. The waiting room is nice and cozy with cute little cats thats run around. The cats are well taken care of so the place doesn't stink at all. There is some cat hair in the more comfortable chairs but unless your allergic, it wouldn't be an issues. I love cats so petting the cats while im waiting is nice and calming. The cats are allowed to roam around but the therapy rooms are kept closed so if you dont want to be around cats, you dont have to be. My therapist was absolutely lovely, she was kind, caring, and has really helped me and my mental health. The therapy room is nice and comfortable and smells like a little spa with calming scents and comfortable lighting. I highly recommend this place.”
“Love it. My kids go to the beavercreek location. The staff is amazing and my son loves the therapy cats. There are 2 cats and they are perfect for calming a person. The environment is welcoming and calming perfect for a counseling office. The office caters to a multitude of needs and ages.”
“A wonderful office, full of counselors who actually care about you as a person. The reception area is welcoming and the cats are adorable.”
“The therapist I saw was pretty good. He listened well and had some wisdom to offer. Unfortunately, the administration doesn't answer the phone or return voice messages. There is rarely anyone even at the desk after 4pm. I never got to see my therapist for the full hour. I can't even get ahold of anyone to cancel my last appointment. And the waiting room is filled with smelly cats, which is kinda gross. Also, when I first started therapy here, I saw one therapist for one session, then they gave me a different therapist. I can't see any reason why anyone would ever do this. Don't go here. Try anywhere else”
