“Cyrus is an absolutely phenomenal advocate and psychiatric care provider to his clients. I've been a client of his for a while, and had significant improvement in my symptoms with help from his knowledgable of local mental health resources and medication management style. He listens and is very compassionate. He always answered questions outside of session timely and was professional in his responses and treatment recommendations. He has helped me gain a lot of insight into my disease process. He truly works with you as a provider.”

“Walking into his office was nice. The other provider pointed me to the tea, coffee, and snacks that were availabke while I waited. The place was clean and cozy. Had a fine intake eval. It was draining as repeating the difficuties of life might be but I walked out feeling ok. He was candid and I could appreciate that, he gave me food for thought. Well, I knew that he is out of network for all insurances as his website states and he made sure I knew before schelduling, I just loved his profile/bio and was willing to accept some extra legwork for a good fitting provider. I had to print out my form for out of network credit and reimbursement. I brought this form to him to review during in person visit. He looked it over and said all information needed would be emailed to me and I could plug it into form myself. Upon filling it out at home later that day, I saw it needed his signature. I didn’t notice before and failed to fully read all sections including the section labeled “to be filled out by provider”. So I reached out to coordinate getting this. He said he never had to sign such a form before but offered for me to email him form to sign and said he would return to me electronically. After a few days passed without this signature, I called insurance to check if we could skip it. They said they would not be able to process claim without it. After relaying this information to him, he signed his name on a random spot on his superbill, not the designated line on the required form but s seperate page all together. After a second call with insurance, I found out they will have to review the situation for reimbursement. The insurance company was sympathetic, however, paying him for healing services while increasing my stress through unnessessary legwork was counterintuintive to me. I canceled my follow up appointment and feel obligated to seek care else where.”
