How likely are you to recommend 4C Health - Cass County?
What patients say on Google
“They literally slow roll you, while your kids are wards of the state.. First was told results crucial to my custody case would be 2 weeks, now it's a 6-7 weeks. They need to get it together over there...”
“My 8 year old daughter has been a client for 3 years for med clinic. And her med clinic doc is terrible. The doc is judgemental on parents and their decisions about their children. She makes me as a parent feel like a bad parent and just yells at me. I requested another psych eval for my daughter because there's a lot of mental health issues in my family and the doc refused and made me feel worse for requesting. Yelled at me for 20 more minutes during her appointment for thinking there's anything else wrong with my daughter. I do NOT recommend this service for children here. I'm moving my daughter to another facility for her mental health”
“amazing fast quick got my meds refilled everyone was so sweet”
“I tried for two weeks to get a sooner appointment than the one I had which was a month out. The front desk knew and emails were sent to my therapist. Never received a phone call. I almost committed suicide. I called the crisis line saying I needed to speak to my therapist and they transfered me to the scheduling department. I asked again to speak to my therapist and I was asked if I was in crisis. I told them yes and was transferred back to crisis line. They got me the help I needed but I have yet to receive a call from my therapist. Take my advice and seek help somewhere else.”
