How likely are you to recommend 3C Counseling & Wellness Center,?
What patients say on Google
“Judy Frazier is the least professional counselor I have ever been in a session with. Condescending, presumptive, and unwilling to listen. A few months ago she made unsafe and inappropriate recommendations for my child based on narratives and assumptions she were told were incorrect in session. She questioned nearly everything I said, constantly asking the same question two or more times, implying she was not satisfied or did not believe the first response and expected a different answer. Not only will my child and I not ever return, I highly advise you stay away from this place. Look at the responses from this practice to the multiple other one star reviews. Unable and unwilling to accept poor reviews. Instead, rudely telling them they are either lying, that they "have no record" of others being there, or otherwise completely deflecting from the review's claims. They will do the same with this post too, assuredly. In their office, they offer a $25 gift card for positive reviews. Any place that needs to do this instead of building positive word of mouth organically should be a warning sign. Judy Frazier should not be practicing therapy of any kind. Particularly with children. Her biases and ego are simply too strong for her to be impartial and truly client focused. There are countless other quality therapists and counselors in the area. Go there instead.”
“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Carol at 3C Counseling & Wellness Center. She has truly made such a difference in my life. She has helped me tremendously with impulse decisions, emotional processing, and navigating life in a healthier way. I always feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for in her office. Carol doesn’t just “do her job” — she truly cares about her clients and it shows in every session. I’ve grown so much because of her guidance. And I also have to mention Melissa at the front desk — she is so kind and welcoming. From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable and supported. I’m incredibly grateful for 3C Counseling and highly recommend them.”
“They are very kind and understanding without being judgemental. They work with you on scheduling, even if it's last minute (for example, if you can't make it but don't find out until shortly before you are supposed to be there, they can do it over the phone)”
“Again, leaving a four star rating for Judy Frazier (you're nothing short of a blessing) HOWEVER. I've called since Friday to have errors fixed on my son's paperwork. Got told I'd receive a call. Never did. Called again Monday and Tuesday (three days I called trying to get an answer) most went ignored/unanswered. It seems the receptionist is barely ever at work. Which in itself is odd. I understand therapists are busy before that's stated. However, taking literally maybe 10 minutes to fix to errors shouldn't take nearly a week. Getting a call back shouldn't take nearly a week. I'm needing to get all three of my kids in for counseling. It's been a struggle. This however didn't become a problem until I brought up the errors. Every other time they've always answered or called back. I had to resort to calling Dayton childrens which is who referred my son to 3c to see if they could get an answer or call back. Don't get me wrong. I'm not mad. But these things have to be fixed so I can get my son the help he needs in school so he's no longer struggling”
