“This place is a scam and a nightmare! I went there not too long ago on my own initiative to help my depression from loneliness, after 3 days I told Cynthia and the owner Johnny Brown that I didn't want to come anymore and they coerced me to stay, they threatened to call 911 claiming that I was suicidal even though I have never been suicidal in my life! They take away everyone's cell phone to keep them from recording how run down and nasty they are. Long story short, they pick people up from homes with their company van and jam everyone with all different types of mental conditions and drug problems into a room and milk every dollar they can from their health insurance. I did some research and found out their "therapists" were not even registered in the state. This facility is infested with cockroaches, they don't allow people to bring a lunch instead they give their visitors old desserts and bread thrown out by grocery stores. Lastly, they were bluffing about calling the cops after I decided to never return. The owner of this place is a money hungry rotten old snake. I don't know they' get away with it!”

“2nd chance could definitely be a wonderful program if the owner started acting like an owner it’s a shame that most of the staff are just horrible and should not be there it’s sad that only a few people there are actually good and should definitely move on the bigger and better things unfortunately the other staff are EXTREMELY unprofessional right down to the bone and make you feel like your the one with the problem and not them i shouldn’t have to seek therapy where therapy should already be they have went through so many therapist it should be a crime and they all left for the same reason and if “The owner” would actually do their job things might be easier on that program now I will admit they have good intentions but their actions are way out of proportion and the staff definitely need to be reevaluated because I shouldn’t have to deal with my mental health and the staff that is there now I will not list every specific person because that’s very unprofessional but they do know who they are and normally I wouldn’t do anything like this but something needs to change and if it doesn’t it’s okay just as long as this is out there and people are able to make their own decisions, know your limits and know what your worth, I did and couldn’t be happier since I left/got kicked out my life has improved tremendously but thank you and have a great day 😊”

“The one star is for the therapist Katie , that will be the only good thing in this review , first off the facility is very run down and dilapidated very uncomfortable seating that you will be in for multiple hours and only one fifteen minute break , very unpleasant staff with the exception of Katie , Cynthia one of the so called therapist is rude and antagonizes people in the group and adds nothing helpful to the facility , mr.brown the owner will give no lenience to group members regardless of health or family issues , Chris the driver can flip like a coin in mood changes nice one moment then rude the next , majority off staff treated patients as lesser than people , and the "nurse" who is there to prescribe meds and diagnose does absolutely nothing and will just send you off to another facility for meds unless you basically get on your knees beg.”
